Hearst Museum object titled Belt, accession number 16-20298, described as belt; 213 cm x 22 cm; warp- faced plain weave; deep red background with 5 varying width complimentary warp pattern red, white, and green bands; loom finished on one end; 11 cm fine loop-end braids gathered in two bundles with red yarn on other end; 90 cm x .5 cm complimentary warp woven tie with geometric figures and end tassel knotted to red yarn; small catch-overcast stitch along edge of cloth near braids; wide center stripe has red and green striped background with white geometric patterns; patterns include diamond with multiple rays and 6-segmented hexagon with bird in each segment; same patterns on 4 narrower stripes with birds and “x”’s; loom woven backstrap;

Hearst Museum object titled Poncho, accession number 16-20269, described as Poncho; 107 x 55.5 cm overall; woven part 99.5 x 51 cm; fringe band on all sides, 4 cm; two woven panels seamed length wise, opening left for neck; natural color;wide dark brown field in each panel bordered by narrow red, purple, white and green length wise stripes, one narrow pattern band in center, tubular edging, additional separately woven fringe band.
Hearst Museum object titled Poncho, accession number 16-20602, described as woven llama (and alpaca) wool - brown, very dark brown, and cream in perpendicular stripes of varying width. brown stripes divided by narrow (3cm) dark brown and cream bands woven in wide triangles and 0.5cm bands of black and cream. bordered on all 4 sides with dark brown band. neck slit is bound with cotton fabric (purplish-brown).
Hearst Museum object titled Poncho, accession number 16-20263, described as Peruvian childs poncho w/ separately woven fringe band sewn on all 4 sides. Made of 2 pieces of woolen textile sewn together. 6 wide woven rectangular pattern bands forming an “X” are separated by narrow warp stripes. Pink/black/whit/orange/red/green. Fringe band is red & white w/ multicolored fringe in 3cm colored sections. A 1 “ wide woven tape has been sewn around the edge of the poncho.Embroidered center seam. Overall 142 cm x 86cm. Woven segment 129.5cm x 71cm. Fringe band 8cm. Both pieces show mark of back strap loom.
Hearst Museum object titled Sling, accession number 16-20594, described as woven wool sling; tan, brown and red llama or alpaca wool. cords tan and brown woven on a diamond pattern; sling cup brown and tan woven in triangular points with slit at center. red and cream warp threads from cup woven directly into cords. one end of cord unfinished; the other woven with a loop 11cm from the end then finished with a tassel.
