'Nabeshima ware, wide, shallow bowl shape, on tall pedestal foot.  four clusters of pomegranates w/ blue underglaze leaves and branches, and blue-green enamel leaves.  darker blue outline.  pomegranates are in light and dark red enamel w/ touches of yellow.  pure white ground.  3 Chinese coin designs w/ fillets on underside*.  Nabeshima 'comb' pattern band around foot.  one of four identical plates.  H. 4.5 cm. rim Dia. 21.6 cm.

Flat, shallow, oblong shape on round foot. Rim and sides of the curved ends are scalloped with interior ridges and ribs. Wide white band stretching across middle from the two straight with bird of blue, yellow, and red enamel, sitting in deep green bamboo. Red cloud, purple ground from white center to curved rim, with deep green leaf on each. Detail and outline in black lacquer. Four simple designs on underside; blue underglaze sawtooth pattern band on foot. Seal mark: fuku "riches" on center bottom. Height 2 centimeters, maximum rim diameter 17 centimeters.

Squared sides with fluted corners on round bottom and foot. Center bottom has a three clawed dragon amid clouds in varied strengths of blue. Saw-tooth pattern from rim. Brown pigment on rim (beni-e). Diaper pattern on straight portions of sides with reserve panels on each of the four sides, of two alternating designs: two comma-shaped jewels on string; and a 'sacred' sword on the other. Lines around foot. Height 6 centimeters, rim diameter 12 centimeters.

Bottom; man in Chinese robes, standing on ledge, bird and cloud overhead. Design in dark green, dark blue, yellow, and grey enamel; and red and black lacquer. Thin red band around base of sides. Wide band of blue, and yellow floral geometric pattern interrupted by four green and red floral designs on cloud shaped panels. Square red geometric border. Brown rim. Limb of flowering fruit tree on two sides in red and black lacquer. Blue underglaze saw-tooth pattern on foot. Green enamel on black 'seal' mark "fuku" (prosperity). Height 3.5 centimeters, Sides 21 by 21 centimeters.
