Band near rim with key-fret cloud pattern in alternating blue, yellow, red and rose on turquoise. Underside plain except for illegible hexagon seal mark on base. Chip in rim. Gilt worn. Height 2.5 centimeters, diameter 17.5 centimeters.

Kakiemon ware. Hemisphere shape with pierced design: cut out to resemble overlapping circles. Delicate design of bird (peacock?) on one of two flowering branches with red flowers and blue and green leaves, Bird has blue neck, green feathers, and a long red feathered tail. Small flower designs at rim where each cutout circle overlaps. Alternating groups of two and three flowers on outerside, between circles and foot. Height 7.5 centimeters, rim diameter 18 centimeters.
