China. Dish, porcelain with overglaze enamel decoration. Flat bottomed, turned up marli, short recessed foot. Thick opaque enamel with white reserve medallions: Four circles with red and gilt marks of commendation (longevity, etc.) on white. White stylized lotus blossoms on rose-pink and yellow arabesque ground, with bats, and pink characters. Band near rim with key-fret cloud pattern in alternating blue, yellow, red and rose on turquoise. Underside plain except for illegible hexagon seal mark on base. Chip in rim. Gilt worn. Height 2.5 centimeters, diameter 17.5 centimeters.
