Image Missing: Hearst Museum object titled Dia de los muertos female figurine, accession number 3-31408, described as TEODORA BLANCO CERAMIC FIGURE: Figure of a skeleton woman wearing a long dress with elbow length sleeves, and decorated at back front with applied flowers. She wears drop earrings, a bead necklace, and has modeled, pierced and incised features. A long braid is attached to the back of her skull, which hangs down her back, and ends with an applied flower and leaves. Her eyes and mouth are punched through to make hollow openings. She holds a small goat (a kid) in her proper left hand and her proper right hand touches her necklace. Three children rest at her feet. Ribs are incised and an oval opening is cut in her mid-section. “T.B.” is incised on the inside of her skirt. H=13.7cm; W=8.5cm; L=8.3cm. JP-752
