Native name and meaning: "koiha" - flag-like material; "tiela" - the wheat-like green material. The "koiha" is used on the inside of a basket and the "tiela" is used on the outside to make "pretty looking basket".  Used as foundation material for 1-10329 (basket start).

Flag leaves are on the inside and grass on outside of coil bundle. This was done in order to produce a "pretty green effect". According to Ruth Merrill, the warp is Epicampes, Cattail string, and Iris leaf.
