Hearst Museum object titled Pilgrim flask or canteen, accession number 9-22649, described as ceramic pilgrim bottle or canteen.  crescent moon shaped, cream base color with cross-hatch incised lines on inside curve and 1/2 of outer curve.  glazed over with green.  in each diamond shape formed by incised lines a brown spot is painted.  outer surface has decorative panel (9cm x 9.3cm) with cloud-like design glazed green and brown on white ground.  top surface has fill hole with short neck at center and a very small spout at one end.  2 ceramic tubes are affixed to the outer surface thru which triangular carrying cord can be strung.
Hearst Museum object titled Tea set, accession number 9-22614a-h, described as 8-piece tea set consisting of a lidded teapot (a, b) and 3 lidded tea cups (c-h). pot: wheel thrown (?) with spout and handle attachments added. The pot body is glazed pale gray and decorated with blue longitudinal stripes on upper ⅔ of pot. Lower ⅓ glazed dark brown. lid - same base glaze with circular blue band around knob and zig-zag accents between band and rim. Rim and knob glazed brown. Bamboo detachable handle. Cups with lids: glaze of cups and lids the same as pot save only the base ring of the cups is brown (ca. 1.5–2.0 cm).
