Necklace of clay, simulating claws, seeds & bones. Blue & white paint on face. On stand inscribed with “Joseph Brant, 1742-1807”.

White mocassins w/ red bead trim; black bat-wing trousers trimmed with white beads and red stripe; red/black/yellow breechclout; red satin shirt w/ black/yellow trim. Silver armbands; hair pipe bandolier; black neck scarf; silver bolo; tan leather, silver studded belt. Head dress is of fur and red felt w/ trailers decorated w/ silver and beads, down back. White feather in hat. Carries dance wand in left hand and feathered/painted want in right. H = 11”
