: Hearst Museum object titled Carving (cabinet piece), accession number 9-12502, described as Carving (Cabinet piece): carved ivory. Intricately carved, depicts seven figures huddled beneath a large pine tree, one mounted on the back of a stag. Pine 'needles' form top for piece. All stand on smooth base, w/ incised design on bottom of tree trunk, and possible signature w/in oval. 'cord holes' on bottom of base. H. 4.8 cm. base L. 4.9 cm.
