Hearst Museum object titled Faja, accession number 3-29940, described as Backstrap-loomed, warp-faced plain weave; single-faced supplemental weft brocading; one piece; cut and uncut warps create 6" fringes on both ends. Width of piece varies along its length. 250 cm x 24-27 cm. Native name and meaning; faja, belt; hombre, men's. Materials, techniques: cotton, 3 and 4 singles, red; 2 two-ply orange. Supplemental weft cotton 4 two-ply in white, green, lavender, orange, yellow, maroon; acrylic or wool in 2 two-ply fuchsia; silk or rayon 2 two-ply in dark purple.
Hearst Museum object titled Faja, accession number 3-29941, described as Faja, hombre: belt, men's. Backstrap loomed, warp-faced plain weave; single face supplementary weft brocading, one piece. Warps cut and uncut, creating fringe 8 inch long on both ends. Brocading at one end of sash, rest of textile is undecorated, brocading done in rows of triangles with striped borders at top and bottom.  Cotton, 4 singles and 2 two-ply in red. Cotton or acrylic 4 two-ply white, red, dark purple, dark green, blue-green. Silk or rayon, 2 two-ply violet, 4 two-ply yellow and orange. Very good condition - noted 1991. Not as nicely woven as 3-29940, many knots visible throughout and many warps left "floating". Also see, 3-29991.
Hearst Museum object titled Huipil lienzo, accession number 3-29944b, described as Backstrap-loomed, warp-faced plain weave; single-faced supp. weft brocading; two-lienzos (not joined together). loom finished. 119.4 cm x 43 cm. Native name: Huipil/Woman's blouse. Materials, techniques: Cotton two, 2-ply white (predominant), red and black. Rayon or silk supp. west two, 2-ply in orange, red, green, pink, blue, purple, violet and black. Context of use: Collected by Linda Green during UREP expedition in 1991. Woven by Isabel Quitz between July-November 1991. Two lienzos, that is joined, would form a huipil. Each lienzo is decorated with single-faced supp. weft brocading, although many of the supp. wefts have been brought through to the wrong side and tied off. Many supp. wefts have also been left hanging off the selvages as well. Iconography consists of registers done in chevron and zig-zag patterns interspersed with small black "dots".

Hearst Museum object titled Tzute, accession number 3-29942, described as Tzute, mujer: multipurpose cloth, woman's. Backstrap loomed, warp-faced plain weave, single faced supplementary weft brocading, one piece. Warps cut and uncut, creating a 7 inch fringe on each end. Most of surface covered with supplementary weft brocading, one corner has approximately 7 knots at point where weaving end and fringe begins, some fringe appears to have possibly been braided. Iconography consists of geometric and abstract designs, birds and animal figures. Cotton, 2 two-ply in red, green, navy, pink, white, maroon, turquoise, brown, dk. and lt. yellow. Cotton 6 two-ply red, turquoise. Cotton 2, 3, 4, 6 two-ply dark green, pink, brick, red, white, navy, black, light and dark yellow, rayon or silk 4 two-ply fuchsia and orange. Good condition: side selvedges fraying, yarns coming loose - noted 1991.
