Decoration: 3 black horizontal zigzags and, on cover, band of triangles, or "arrowheads," and 7-pointed design. Designs are in brackenfern root. 3-rod coiling with stitching split on interior face.
Hearst Museum object titled Storage basket, accession number 1-22464, described as 3-rod coiling with interlocking stitches. Globular and large. Decoration: black triangular, geometric designs arranged in 4 doubled lobes. Bits of quail feathers remain caught under stitching.
