Coiled; oval-shaped and of a type described as "rare." The basket has a cover, which is fastened with 3 buckskin thongs. Decoration: 3 black horizontal zigzags and, on cover, band of triangles, or "arrowheads," and 7-pointed design. Designs are in brackenfern root. 3-rod coiling with stitching split on interior face.
