The center, which is slightly higher than the rest of the surface, features four characters “Yongbei Oil Stove” (永備油爐 yongbei youlu). The outer circle is a flame-like pattern. A blue bowstring decorates the rim. This would have been used on the top of a stove.

Remembering Victory. Presented by the Central Relief Organization, March, 1979 (自衛还击,保卫边疆胜利纪念中央慰問団贈一九七九年三月Ziwei huanji, baowei bianjiang. Shengli jinian. Zhongyang weiwentuan zeng.
