A blue bowstring decorates the rim. This would have been used on the top of a stove.

Remembering Victory. Presented by the Central Relief Organization, March, 1979 (自衛还击,保卫边疆 胜利纪念 中央慰問団贈 一九七九年三月Ziwei huanji, baowei bianjiang. Shengli jinian. Zhongyang weiwentuan zeng.
