According to Victoria Jensen (2020-06-30), the correct provenience is Tomb 154: "Marked 154 in Reisner's hand; also, PAHMA registration journal attributed this vessel to Tomb 154. No such vessel was listed in the field notes for that tomb, but based on the original field mark Reisner seems to have inadvertently left it out of his notes.
