Incised inscription on left shoulder states "Einty Kopta, Walpi, Ariz, 1922, (copyright symbol) 1914"; on inside in pencil is written "Kojate-vajima, Snake Chief of Walpi, Phoenix, Arizona, 1922". Made of molded clay.
