MATERIALS, TECHNIQUES: Backstrap loomed. Single and two-ply cotton in white, red, lavender, violet, pale pink. Native name and meaning: Sobre (cofradia) huipil- ceremonial blouse. CONTEXT OF USE: Iconography: broken-neck bird, trees of life, peacocks, worms, coyotes, eagles, small chickens, other small figures and floral patterns.
