Jar, ceramic, for holding salt, squat shape with slight shoulder, bulging midriff, short straight narrower neck and turned out squared lip, glossy brown glaze runs over most of the body exposing a blue-white opaque color at the base, blue-green zig zag brush strokes on midriff have been nearly obliterated by runniness resulting in brilliant spots of blue, crackled throughout, brown interior, buff clay body with gray slip applied over it.
