Sifting tray basket; twined. Warp is peeled Hazel (Corylus cornuta californica), weft is Sugar pine (Pinus lambertiana). White pattern is Beargrass (Xerophyllum tenax). Coated with grime from use. Plain twined. White overlay, both single and 2 faced, but in no apparent pattern. Almost completely overlain. 2 rows of lattice - twined rods on back near rim and center.
