Piece of wood; charcoal blackened. Used to fumigate gourds. The wood is set alight and when it is smoldering it is inserted in the gourd and rubbed around. It is a special wood that gives off a scent when smoldering. Found in a deserted manyatta (Masai village) together with the gourd cleaner 5-6100
