pistol, flintlock; caliber about 17.5mm. smoothbore. Marked on the lockplate with what appears to be Persian letters. Fitted with a lanyard loop on its butt, typical of many military issue pistols. Uncertain manufacture, but almost certainly Belgian, as this gun is otherwise identical to 7-1605.
