Accession date:

Context of use:
Gold and silver paper money for burning. This money has a somewhat higher denomination than 9-2007, and a somewhat lower value than 9-2005 and 9-2006. Its use is also specialized. It is filed in the same manner as 9-2007, and strung in much the same manner, but in this case only four pieces are used to form a unit -- two silver and two gold. And only about six sets of these are burned to the ancestors for the ancestors to give to their governors. This money may also be burned in the temple on birthday occasions, as an addition to the gold and silver money, 9-2005 and 9-2006.
