Tea kettle with lid. a) kettle: iron-copper alloy; flared scalloped bottom; raised cloud dragon around sides; brass handle; overall height 14.5 cm. b) lid: brass with ball-shaped knob; diameter 6.5 cm. Kettle used to sit exclusively on a hibachi. The flared edge holds the kettle on the rim on the hibachi. Probably a tea ceremony kettle.
