Wooden shaft, center grip narrowed. Full length sinew cable backing broken towards ends, attached at either side of grip and two sets of four wrappings near ends. Twisted sinew bowstring. wood, carved; front surface reinforced with a small bundle of sinew string, which is partly damaged; strong bow string of twisted sinew; section of wood is convex on front and flat on backside. Alutiiq name: qitguyaq.
