short, tutu-like skirt of iridescent blue silk. fully lined with white cotton fabric. finished at waist with casing and drawstring closure. lower edges decorated with hand embroidered floral pattern repeated every 11 cm around skirt, in green, aqua, yellow, white, magenta, purple, dark red and old gold. bottom edge finished with small embroidered scallops.
