- Plain-twined, shallow basin shape, very flexible because of tule or cattail leaf cordage warp. Entirely covered with complex designs in black on ground of beargrass overlay. Wrap and weft of tule or cattail leaf, overlay of Xerophyllum tenax and a black material. Bast cordage around start.
