- Carving; unpainted wood; standing male figure on four-legged animal or spirit form; male figure holding two elongated objects with faces; hat. Height 39 cm. Composite of “oma” and “ivri” figures; used by men and women. A special figure; use is personal, but generally it serves as messenger to ancestor and god. One must serve and pray to it before any undertaking to ensure protection and success. Top figure is usually considered to represent to owner.
