- Stand, wooden; large three-legged stand w/ no apparent companion piece, undulating design of 6 segments radiating from central knob - a sort of radiating y-work pattern (see ref. below), ea leg has distal knob. Carved fine-grained wood. China att. C.A.S. Williams (first edition) Outlines of Chinese Symbolism p.102b for illustration of y-work pattern. Ht = 4.25 cm. max d = 11.5 cm.
