- Feathered; eagle feathers wrapped with red wool strouding and tipped with bluish feathers, set in rawhide on felt cap; rawhide thongs with white ostrich feathers; brown metal, red and white glass "seed" beads on browband; single trail of feathers on cloth --one side brown burlap-like, other orange, green, blue painted cotton; strips of white feathers on brown side.
