This very brightly colored huipil is characteristic of its locale in that it relies on warp stripes and large animal iconography in its design; the sides are open, the head hole has been finished with green cotton yarn in a wrap-stitch around the circular opening; the characteristic supp. weft appears on the shoulder and yoke area only.
