Sheet of music for a Carmel Indian song (hand copied by Lawrence E. Dawson from donor Ralph Gano's mimeographed sheet) prepared from unknown sources by L.E.M. Cosmey (music teacher at Monterey Elementary School.) for a school pageant in Monterey June 8, 1938. The transcription is entitled “Carmel Indian Song”. The performer is unidentified. The song is assumed to be Esselen on the basis of “F” sound in one of the words.
