Tea bowl, ceramic. Fujina ware. 3/4ths sphere shape on small foot. Fluid white glaze that shows "Hare's fur" striations of blue-green and transparent. Glaze at rim is clear showing the buff body. Lower edge of the glaze uneven. Chips in foot. Height 7.5 cm, Diameter 10 cm. From Japan, Shimane Prefecture (Izumo Province), Fujina. Attributed to 19th century.
