Plate: polychrome on cream ground, so-called "Talavera Ware" (tin-glazed earthenware) centered flying hummingbird in cobalt with leaf and floral spray in green and yellow, wide design band inside rim has floral cobalt designs interspersed with alternating design of three curving green sections and low-relief yellow sections, much of designs are in low relief and badly bubbled, rim diameter 24.3 cm.
