Twined, bowl shape with incurving rim. Per Ralph Shanks: Northeastern California or Southern Oregon, probably Klamath or Modoc. Cordage tule warps. Weft substitution of probably cattail as well as two 1900-1944 dark materials. Braided cordage warp rim, bound down on the inside. Down to the right slant of weft twist, which is a Klamath/Modoc trait. Primarily plain twined, with three rows of three strand twining used near base and rim. The design is three vertical chains of light colored four parallelograms with two darker stripes in middle.
