a) Basket; coiled, flat bottom, inward sloping sides, widely spaced stitches, split/unsplit willow shoots, 2 vertical bars of bracken fern root and red (comm. dye) willow shoot, two large geometric V's of bracken fern root. b) Fitted lid; same construction and design as basket, loop of wire and willow shoot. Gap stitch.
