Top left portion of rim broken; tied with red ribbon. Twined openwork; groups of 3 back-and-forth rows, plain twined; lower front area more closely worked, bordered by 3 vertical rows of 3-strand twining on each side. Sewn rim, ties of white and blue cotton fabric.
