Pantaloons: young girl's; pink crepe silk (probably Chinese) ornamented with sequins; silver braid, embroidered and sequined in silver and gold around legs; white drawstring around waist; Length 77cm, Width 65 cm. Formerly worn by Parsi women and young girls around the house or under sari. In the case of young girls, they were most often worn with a jhabla or tunic. This is approximately 80 years old and belonged to the donor'mother. Probably worn with 9-12048, a pink sequined jhabla.
