Openwork basket; twined. Warp and weft are Willow (Salix). Willow rim. Several breaks and holes; very fragile. Mostly plain twined. Bottom done in closely woven 3-strand twining. Warp ends twined together at top to form rim. Hoop tied inside rim with buckskin strips. Carrying strap is part stiff leather strip and partly a cord which looks like a shoelace.
