- Description:
- Cake dish, ceramic. With box and lid (b and c); rough and square shape with flat bottom and tall sides that have slight slope outwards, and a thick rim. Bail handle from middle of one side to opposite, of four coils of clay, braided, and attached. Bottom of interior has impressed floral design. Light coat of emerald green glaze over white, over all including bottom. Bottom shows impressed pattern of textile. Overall shape and roughness made to imitate a basket. Crack on one side and mended with blue substance. Box (b and c) is of pine, has 6 characters on the underside. Sticker from import shop on top that identifies its function. For serving confectionary cakes
