Description:
Mat, rectangular shape, tassels at each end, decorated in longitudinal stripes, asymmetric, dark brown, black, green and plain colors. L. 202 cm., W. 50 cm. Made for tourists. Conservation: moistened and flattened (1975). Note: Black dyed strips are broken and shredded at fold, dye apparently weakens fiber (raffia). Loom woven raffia, dyed.
