Purse; Imperial Era; red front w/ predominately blue embroidery, all in Peking knot. Bordered by blue and white needle-woven embroidery. Embroidery on front has butterfly and floral motifs. Needle-woven embroidery continues on back of purse. Back and interior of purse are blue cloth. Purse is oval-shaped and contains stiffening material.
