Hand-potted. Body has a hand-painted decal landscape in which a figure sits on a riverbank. Two birds fly above pale blue mountains in the distance. Inscription: “Clear breeze on the river” (江上清风 Jiangshang qingfeng). Lid: “Long live Mao Zedong thought” (毛泽东思想万岁Mao Zedong sixiang wansui). Kiln mark: “Product 1 of No. five ceramic art production cooperative, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province” (江西省景市第五瓷器工兿生產合作社出(5)品Jiangxi sheng jing shi di wu ciqi gongyi shengchan hezuo she chupin 5).
