very small ceramic vessel shaped like a pomegranate with a portion of the skin peeled away to reveal the fruit. a small oval hole (10.3 x 0.8cm) in the top adjacent to the revealed fruit allows access to the inside. flat bottom; glazed with translucent cream colored glaze; green and yellow highlights on stem and flower ends. potter's mark on base.
