Feather. Paddle shaped object of red, white, and blue beads sewn to buckskin over wood (?) core; exposed yellow buckskin panel on one side of paddle had concentric circle of red, white, and blue beads; eagle feathers at distal end have white down on one side, red-stained down on other. Heavy fringe of yellow-dyed buckskin at base of handle.
