Exterior cloisonne: two central medallion depicting a dark blue, wire scaled, “5-toed” dragon with turquoise and red accents on light blue ground with stylized wire cloud diaper; stylized, multicolored lotuses and small light blue scallop-shaped medallions with white quadrefoil flowers, all on a black ground with wire; wire scrolls surrounds medallions; at base and rim, band of multicolored stylized flowers, rim black ground, base white ground. (b) circular teakwood stand with a single band of carved thunder clouds around side
