Wine bottle cork puller and cap lifter made of brass, iron, die casting and forming. Corkscrew/cap lifter combination, cast brass, in shape of sommelier's key; crown cap lifter at one end, "in vino" cast into one side of opener, "veritas" in other; decorated with grape and vine motif; iron wire helical worm inserted near lock ward.
