A hard, industrious worker on the farm, inveterate gambler, jolly good fellow, full of dignity, force and reliability." Artist's price $200. Extremely bad case of bloom. Frame stamped: Peleyer pat. Feb. 2nd, 1886. One in a series from life in oil by J. H. Sharp, mainly Crow, Cheyenne, Blackfoot, Sioux, and Rio Grande Pueblo portraits.
