- Vase, bronze, urn shaped with two opposing ch'i-lin headed handles attached at neck. Decorated with three bands of champleve enamels: mid-neck, neck base, upper body. Mid neck motifs include thunder clouds and archaic dragons. Body band, continuous flower and leaf motif. Predominate colors: cobalt blue, white, red, black, green; on turquoise grounds. Undecorated portions finished with antique-looking, dark lacquer. 30 cm h. bronze, glass enamel, lacquer. Casting champleve.
