Spear-head; triangular-shaped blade with slightly sloping shoulders; thickened mid-rib. Rolled socket pierced on each side for rivet. Crusty green patina; some dirt encrustations. Form of spear-head found from Caucasus to Persian Talish with a related type from Kurvin. Sockets of near equal length as blade are characteristic of Caucasian and Western Persian spear-heads in the late 2nd and 1st millennium BC. Length of blade, 14.8 cm, Length of socket: 13.0 cm; width: 6.2 cm.
