Description:
Glazed porcelain rice bowl. The exterior is decorated with a colored decal of a pink radiating red sun above a large green bridge that appears to be the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge (南京长江大桥Nanjing changjiang daqiao). After Soviet engineers left China in the early 1960s, Chinese engineers heroically finished the bridge on their own, which makes the slogan appropriate. It opened on 1 October 1968. Blue factories are in the background. The back is printed with a four-character slogan. Blue bowstring around rim. The interior embossed with family name 刘 liu.
