- Note that two Provenience Windows exist for this record. Museum document review in December 1999 indicates that additional provenience information was added to the extant archaeology-format card for this catalogue number. This additional information, and the original Ledger provenience information, have been recorded in the Comments field of each of the two previously entered Provenience Windows. Moreover, at the time of the museum document review it was inferred that the information in this Phoebe record entered prior to December 1999 probably derived from another card for this same catalog number not located during the review. The extant card used in this document review is an archaeology-format card, but the information about the object in the Artifact Window differs in language and depth of description from this extant card.
